• Danube Home reserves the right to stop, withhold, or cancel the card if irregularities are found.
• Valid for 1 year from the purchase date within India, in-store and online at www.in.danubehome.com.
• Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash once sold.

In-Store:

• Present the gift card to the cashier.
• The cashier scans items, goes to the payment tender option at the POS, selects the gift card tender, and captures the card number.
• The system displays the card balance; the cashier cross-checks with the customer and proceeds with redemption.
• For partial payment, the balance amount is collected via cash or credit or debit card to close the transaction.

Online:

• Visit the portal at danubehome.com, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
• Select Gift Card option, enter card number + amount for redemption.
• If purchase value exceeds Gift Card value, balance is paid through credit card payment.
